The InvestorsEdge platform gives you access to historical income statement data from 1990.
Functions to access this data take a mandatory period parameter and two optional offset parameters, for example:
- Sales(q) - Returns the sales figure for the latest quarter.
- GrossIncome(a, 1) - Returns the gross income for the previous end of year report.
- EPS(ltm, 1, 65) - Returns the rolling 4 quarter sum of the earnings per share figure for the previous quarter as of 65 working days ago.
The service charge for the use of capital before the reduction for interest capitalized.
The earnings per share if all convertible securities were exercised and before unusual expenses.
The total cash common dividends per share paid on the company's common stock, including extra and special dividends.
Represents the per share amount of net income earned by a company including any gain or loss from extraordinary items.
The portion of a compamy's earnings or losses of a subsidiary whose financial accounts are not consolidated with the controlling company's assets.
Represents income received from all earning assets such as loans and investment securities.
Represents the portion of a subsidiary corporation's stock that is not owned by the parent corporation.
Represents other pretax income and expenses besides operating income, non-operating interest income, interest expense on debt, pretax extraordinary charge and increase/decrease in reserves.
Represents the difference between the total interest income and total interest expense of the bank.
Represents actual cash dividend payment on preferred stock or the provision for preferred dividends, if in arrears. It also includes accretion on preferred stock.
Represents the pretax portion of the earnings or losses of a subsidiary whose financial accounts are not consolidated with the controlling company's accounts.
Represents all income/loss before any federal, state or local taxes. Extraordinary items reported net of taxes are excluded.
Represents all direct and indirect costs related to the creation and development of new processes, techniques, applications and products with commercial possibilities.
Represents expenses not directly attributable to the production process but relating to selling, general and administrative functions.
